Lifestyle Communities shrugs off supply chain constraints

Lifestyle Communities says it will settle between 390 and 405 new homes in this financial year, a range it says reflects the strength of the company’s supply chain and its lack of building constraints.
The developer of affordable housing for downsizing Baby Boomers also forecast between 140 and 150 resale settlements that would yield a deferred management fee in the year to June.
