Jon Adgemis in financial dispute over his grandmother’s estate

Jon Adgemis, owner of debt-laden Public Hospitality Group, has been caught up in a financial dispute with his cousin that has erupted over his grandmother’s estate.
Public Hospitality Group buys unloved pubs and hotels, primarily in Sydney and Melbourne. The group, which has built up a portfolio of about 20 properties, has been struggling with cash flow problems and is saddled with high debts.
