Goodman bolsters Fishermans Bend holdings with National Tiles swoop
Industrial property giant Goodman Group has bolstered its land holdings in Melbourne’s Fishermans Bend urban renewal precinct after acquiring the headquarters of Frank Walker’s National Tiles for $35-$40 million.
The 1.4 hectare site at 525 Graham Street, Port Melbourne, is next door to Goodman’s 13.75 hectare Port Melbourne Industrial Estate, where the company last year converted a 10,000 square metre vacant warehouse into a Woolworths supermarket and Dan Murphys bottle shop.
