Amid a strong rebound in regional tourism, holiday and caravan park operator G’Day Group has expanded its $1 billion portfolio with the acquisition of three resorts in WA, NT and NSW from US hospitality group Delaware North for about $38 million.

The three acquisitions comprise the El Questro Wilderness Park in WA’s renowned Kimberley Region, the Kings Canyon Resort north of Uluru, both of which Delaware North has owned and operated since 2009, and the Lane Cove Holiday Park in Sydney, which Delaware North acquired as a 30-year leasehold from the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service less than two years ago.
