Fortis pads South Melbourne portfolio with two new sites

Sydney-based boutique developer Fortis is stepping up its interstate expansion with the acquisition of two new sites in South Melbourne for $110 million of commercial projects.

The developer snapped up the sites, at 313-317 Kingsway and 34 Eastern Road, for about $17 million, with a plan for premium office buildings with retail components.
