Parramatta’s construction boom took another step forward on Tuesday with a topping-out ceremony for the new $300 million Engineering Innovation Hub building – a partnership between the Charter Hall Group and Western Sydney University.

As foundation tenant, Western Sydney University will be leasing up to 14,000 square metres of the 29,000sq m development, which is on track for completion during the third quarter of this year.
