Earnings surge at co-working hub player WOTSO ahead of spin-off

Turnover at co-working hub operator WOTSO Workspace surged 21 per cent in the past year as it prepares to spin off from its listed parent, Sydney-based fund manager BlackWall.

Income from Blackwall's co-working hubs business, including management agreements, rose to $10.2 million, exceeding revenue earned in other parts of the funds management platform.
