BlackWall to spin off co-working hubs arm WOTSO

Property fund manager BlackWall is preparing to capitalise on the growing popularity of co-working hubs by spinning off and separately listing its own operation, WOTSO Workspace.

The WOTSO brand was launched in 2014 and its portfolio has grown to 17 sites covering more than 34,000 square metres. Locally those sites range from Brisbane to Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide and Tasmania.
