ASX-listed receivables manager Collection House has signed up one of the biggest leasing deals in Brisbane this year agreeing to base its headquarters at Charter Hall’s 100 Skyring Terrace, within the Gasworks precinct at Newstead.
Collection House will relocate from ISPT’s Green Square building at Fortitude Valley to take 7913 sq m of brand new office space at 100 Skyring, where the Bank of Queensland has also just established its new headquarters.
