Three decades old, Charter Hall’s funds management model has never been more in fashion than it is today.

Charter Hall, together with Goodman, the global industrial manager, make up around 45 per cent of the $110 billion large cap REIT sector. Wind the clock back six years or so, and the combined market cap of the two powerhouses accounted for less than 20 per cent of the index.
