Iconic Bondi pub with lucrative licence sells for $75m

Sydney publicans John and Sally Ryan have struck the biggest pub sale in more than two years, buying the popular Tea Gardens Hotel at Bondi Junction for $75 million.
Their acquisition of the multi-storey gaming venue next door to Westfield Bondi Junction is the biggest pub trade since Rich Lister Sam Arnaout bought the Strathfield Hotel in Sydney’s inner-west for $80 million in July 2022.
