Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews will face fresh pressure to respond to allegations of branch stacking and the misuse of taxpayer funds by the Victorian Labor Party, following the release of findings by the corruption watchdog on Wednesday.

Mr Andrews gave secret evidence to the joint investigation by the state’s Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC) and the Victorian Ombudsman, which has never been disclosed.
