American metal band Twisted Sister has threatened legal action against rich lister Clive Palmer over use of lyrics from a 1980s hit in advertising for his reboot of the United Australia Party.
Band manager and guitarist John "Jay Jay" French said he is preparing to sue the businessman and onetime federal MP over use of lyrics from the song We're Not Gonna Take It.
