Tax hit for homeowners, EV drivers as Vic deficit blows out to $3.6b

A fire services levy on Victorian homeowners will be doubled and an electric vehicle tax rebate axed as the Allan Labor government moves to plug holes in a budget with a deficit that has blown out to $3.6 billion this year.
