NSW state Liberal MP Melanie Gibbons will quit Macquarie Street and run against conspiracy theorist and anti-vaxxer United Australia Party leader Craig Kelly at the next national election.

Ms Gibbons’ resignation now leaves NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet with four byelections in coming months following a spate of resignations.
