Jodi McKay is digging in as NSW Labor leader even as one of her most senior frontbenchers quits in protest over the bitter internal battle inside the state party.
State and federal Labor are reeling from a 7 per cent swing against the party in first preference votes in a NSW state byelection at the weekend.
