Matt Kean to deliver a budget that ‘pushes the boundaries’

The NSW government could delay a return to surplus according to Treasurer Matt Kean, who has vowed to keep “pushing the boundaries” on policy and the pace of infrastructure spending in his first NSW budget.
The firebrand Liberal factional powerbroker said the scale of the government’s reform agenda would not shrink even as inflation rose and labour and skills shortages bit.
