A Sydney entrepreneur who proposed an Italian-inspired club on Bondi Beach is pressing ahead with legal action against NSW Planning Minister Rob Stokes, who he alleges made him out to be “contemptuous of Australian values”.
More than 10 months after Bondi entrepreneur Janek Gazecki alleged that Mr Stokes defamed him when he criticised a plan to build a day club on Bondi Beach, he has secured approval in the Supreme Court to change his statement of claim.
