Labor has foreshadowed a judicial commission to investigate complaints against judges, while vowing to introduce safeguards against people being unfairly treated in a “one-stop” federal integrity commission.
Shadow Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus, QC, said the Opposition’s model for an anti-corruption commission would not follow the government model of separate divisions for law enforcement and public sector corruption.
