Lawyers say the NSW Premier has questions to answer over revelations she was overseeing a program that set aside a $5.5 million grant for a club in her then-lover's electorate.

One lawyer said Gladys Berejiklian had possibly breached the ministerial code of conduct by not declaring her conflict of interest with now disgraced ex-Liberal MP Daryl Maguire.
