Albanese rethinks Mardi Gras decision ahead of Dunkley poll

Anthony Albanese believes voters in Dunkley will look through his broken promise on the stage three tax cuts and reward the government for doing the “right thing”.
With the byelection to be held on Saturday, the prime minister also declined to commit to marching in the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras on the same night, despite being scheduled to do so.
