Flavoured vapes could be legally sold at supermarkets, service stations and convenience stores under a Coalition plan to regulate them and pour $250 million into cracking down on organised crime.
Vapes would be regulated in a similar way to cigarettes and be subject to an excise tax that could raise billions of dollars annually, under the proposal unveiled by shadow health spokeswoman Anne Ruston on Tuesday.
