At least 10 serving Special Air Service Regiment members could be sacked by the Australian Defence Force, days after being implicated in alleged war crimes in Afghanistan.
Defence said administrative and disciplinary processes were under way against some personnel on Thursday after the report by the Inspector-General of the Australian Defence Force, released last week.
