PwC won’t appear at crucial upcoming Senate inquiry hearing
Embattled accounting firm PwC won’t be called before a Senate inquiry into integrity in the consulting sector next week - with officials from Treasury, the Australian Tax Office and the CEO of rival KPMG all making an appearance.
The scandal has dominated parliamentary committees with public servants facing a frenzy of questions about their departments’ links to PwC and knowledge of the tax leaks.
