The blossoming relationship between dictators Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong-un threatens Pacific security, Ukraine’s top diplomat in Australia warns, as he renews appeals for more weapons from the Albanese government, including soon-to-be retired attack helicopters.
Mr Putin was feted in Pyongyang this week as Russia and North Korea signed a mutual defence pact agreeing to come to the other’s aid if one country is attacked.
