Opposition Leader Peter Dutton’s hardline pro-Israel stance is slightly favoured over Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s position, by readers of The Australian Financial Review, many of whom also want pro-Palestinian protests in Australia to stop.

Last weekend, protesters defied police demands to avoid Hezbollah imagery on their marches through Sydney and Melbourne on the anniversary of the massacre of 1200 Israelis last year.
