‘Miserable’ Morrison and ‘pushover’ Albanese in rail stoush

A federal Labor government would contribute $2.2 billion to the largest state infrastructure project in the country, as Anthony Albanese and Daniel Andrews slammed the “miserable” Morrison government for shortchanging Victoria on infrastructure funding.

Mr Andrews said on Tuesday securing infrastructure funding for Victoria was like begging for “foreign aid”, but Scott Morrison labelled Mr Albanese a “pushover” for “throwing money” at Labor states.
