Labor may be more vulnerable in Victoria than widely believed

Victoria seems to have been forgotten in the election campaign, but senior Labor and Liberal figures believe the result might be tighter than widely expected.
Victoria was meant to sweep Bill Shorten to power in 2019 when Labor hit a high-water mark, winning 21 of 38 seats. But Labor losses in Queensland and Tasmania meant the election story was written elsewhere.
