Earlier this year, 2022 ACT Australian of the Year Olympia Yarger exposed a critical flaw in Australia’s migration system.
Yarger is a climate action warrior whose company Goterra uses insects to process food waste into fertiliser and feed for livestock and aquaculture. Her approach reduces the impact of food waste on our environment and saves tens of thousands of tonnes in carbon emissions.
