Victoria expected to join NSW in scrapping quarantine

Victoria is expected to announce that it will follow NSW and scrap quarantine requirements for international arrivals, requiring visitors to be double-dosed and to test negative on arrival.

This is expected to occur the same day as in NSW – November 1.
