Labor to audit 16,000 party members in 'painful process'
The Labor Party will individually verify that each of its 16,000 Victorian members is genuine in an audit process expected to become a permanent check, following revelations that up to a quarter of Victoria's ALP members have been affected by "industrial-scale" branch stacking.
