Kuwait's plea to end summer sheep trade ban

Maintaining the moratorium on live sheep exports to the Middle East during the northern summer will "panic the population" in the volatile region, Kuwait warns as coronavirus threatens the Middle East's food security.
Escalating pleas on Canberra to back down over the ban, Kuwait's Commerce and Industry Minister Khaled Nasser Abdullah Al Roudan urged the government to "look beyond the routine constraints ... to support human cause."
