Indigenous Australians Minister Ken Wyatt has challenged businesses to raise the next generation of Aboriginal corporate leaders with a goal of producing the country’s first Indigenous ASX 200 champion.

With backing from Business Council of Australia CEO Jennifer Westacott and Minerals Council of Australia head Tania Constable, Mr Wyatt said the current nationwide skills shortage meant setting a target across industry of at least 5000 such jobs was realistic.
