Higgins’ partner offered media pictures of alleged rape couch
The boyfriend of Brittany Higgins offered to send pictures of the couch she was allegedly raped on to a journalist, and worked to maintain interest in the scandal within parliament months after it broke by messaging a senior Labor MP, a court has heard.
Lawyers for Liberal Senator Linda Reynolds tendered hundreds of documents, including correspondence from Ms Higgins and her partner David Sharaz, to the Western Australian Supreme Court on Wednesday as part of a defamation action against her former staffer.
