Future Made in Australia to rely on corporate intel
Development of Labor’s controversial Future Made in Australia agenda will rely on closely held intelligence from private companies about their capabilities and weaknesses, public servants have told parliament.
Last month’s budget included major new spending on domestic manufacturing firepower, including $13.7 billion in production tax credits for critical minerals, as well as billions for locally made solar panels, manufacturing and quantum computing.
