Scott Morrison will make flood-ravaged northern NSW his first port of call when he emerges from COVID-19 isolation this week, amid a tide of anger from victims who feel they have been abandoned by authorities.
Mr Morrison promised more money and troops to help alleviate the crisis but stressed that the severity of the disaster was unprecedented.
