Cap chaos: NIDA has places for students it’s not supposed to teach

National drama school NIDA has been handed 30 places for new foreign students in its vocational stream next year – even though it is not registered to teach overseas students in those programs.
The National Institute of Dramatic Art also received 10 higher education places – half the number it is officially allowed to enrol under the federal government’s own official register.
