Anthony Albanese is expected to keep Sunday’s ministerial reshuffle modest so as not to jeopardise his government’s reputation for stability, which he will make a key selling point at the next election.
The Prime Minister emphasised the importance of his government’s track record on stability, as he confirmed the immediate resignations from Cabinet of Indigenous Affairs Minister Linda Burney and Skills and Training Minister Brendan O’Connor, after they decided to retire at the next election.
