‘Bloodhound’ Pam Williams looks to her last deadline
In a career at The Australian Financial Review spanning more than 30 years, and covering politics and business, with a series of major scoops and six Walkley Awards, Pamela Williams has put away her notepad – for now, anyway.
Pamela Williams, one of Australia’s most decorated journalists and the winner of six Walkley Awards, is retiring after almost 30 years of working for The Australian Financial Review.
“Pam Williams became one of the Financial Review’s greatest journalists over its 70-year history without any of the normal formal training or background,” said the paper’s editor-in-chief, Michael Stutchbury.
