A bitter legal dispute involving controversial security firm Paladin has revealed the company's strategy to minimise tax in Papua New Guinea where it ran refugee services for the Australian government.
Internal emails between the company's owners also reveal discussions about how bonuses could be "sent offshore to a tax haven or similar".
