Biological-sex campaigner to seek Liberal endorsement for Warringah

A campaigner for strict definitions of sex to separate male and female sporting competitors plans to seek the Liberal Party’s endorsement to stand in Warringah, the federal Sydney seat held by independent Zali Steggall.
Katherine Deves, a 44-year-old co-founder of the Save Women’s Sport lobby group, has been encouraged to run by a group of Liberal women, sources said.
