Biggest density rises in Minns’ housing plan are in Liberal seats

The NSW Labor government’s new housing targets concentrate the highest growth of increased development in Sydney in Liberal-held electorates, analysis shows.
Planning Minister Paul Scully said there was nothing political about the new targets – which will increase population density across the city – noting that the council areas with the biggest overall increase in dwellings were in Labor areas.
