Ferrari-driving property developer John Woodman’s network included the mayor of a fast-growing suburb in Melbourne’s south-east, a brother of AFL legend Gary Ablett snr, an alleged mafia boss and lunch at Flower Drum with Premier Daniel Andrews.
Woodman’s world was laid bare in a 309-page report by Victoria’s Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission released Thursday, which was more than five years in the making.
