Federal Labor and the Northern Territory government will spend $4 billion to dramatically improve housing in remote Indigenous communities.
The joint agreement, set to be announced by Prime Minister Anthony Albanese during a visit to the NT community of Binjari, near Katharine, on Tuesday involves building up to 270 new homes each year for 10 years, and new provisions for repairs and maintenance.
