Cognitive behavioural therapy: Often it helps to remove unpleasant thoughts by imagining your favourite colour. So why not reverse the process? As you lull yourself to sleep each night conjure up images in your head of your favourite things that are orange – sunset over the water, a tangerine grove in Sicily, orange hibiscus bushes or marmalade in an English country garden. Soon, whenever the Orange Man is mentioned rather than recoiling in horror you’ll get a warm and fuzzy feeling all over.
