John Pesutto has unveiled his shadow cabinet after the Victorian Liberal Party’s humiliating third straight election defeat to a Daniel Andrews-led Labor, with younger MPs getting promoted at the expense of veterans.

David Davis, whose inability to cite the total cost of the Coalition’s election promises two days before the November 26 poll was considered one of the final nails in the campaign’s coffin, has been dumped as shadow treasurer in favour of Sandringham MP Brad Rowswell.
