Clive Palmer could face jail time over ASIC charges

Queensland billionaire Clive Palmer says he is "not worried" about the latest charges brought against him by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, claiming it has a vendetta against him.
ASIC has charged the former politician and businessman over an alleged breach of director's duties and fraud over $12 million he siphoned from his parent company for his now-defunct Palmer United Party in 2013.
