Former NSW premier Gladys Berejiklian’s “defiant” response to a court’s decision to uphold a corruption decision against her had further undermined her credibility, a former ICAC assistant commission said.
The NSW Court of Appeal ruled on Friday that the Independent Commission Against Corruption did not go beyond its legal powers when it found her corrupt for supporting government projects advanced by her then boyfriend, Daryl Maguire.
