Daniel Andrews, who put Victoria through one of the longest COVID-19 lockdowns in the world, has been appointed chairman of a key youth mental health service in a move the opposition has described as “wrong on so many levels”.
The former Victorian premier was on Friday announced as the new chairman of Orygen, a youth mental health research organisation based in Melbourne, for a fixed three-year term.
