AUSTRALIAN Industry Development Corp's offer for AIDC Ltd was made unconditional on Friday. On behalf of the Federal Government, the corporation is offering $2.10 for every share in the development financier, in which the Government already held an 80 per cent stake. The corporation said it was entitled to 97 per cent of shares in AIDC.
